Honey Mustard Chicken & Slaw Rice Bowl


This easy, flavour-packed honey mustard chicken will become your new favourite budget-friendly dish.



5ml extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
500g Woolworths BBQ quick grilling chicken breast steaks with a honey mustard marinade
450g Woolworths microwave long-grain white rice
350g Woolworths kaleslaw kit
1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked



Step 1.

Spray a chargrill pan with oil and place over high heat. Grill chicken for 8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside for 4 minutes to rest.

Step 2.

Meanwhile, cook rice according to packet instructions. Prepare slaw in a bowl.

Step 3.

Thinly slice chicken on an angle. Divide rice, chicken and slaw among bowls. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
